Terms of Use

Last updated: 4 July 2026

These terms govern your use of the website at bit-soft.co.uk (the "site"), operated by BIT-SOFT TECHNOLOGY LTD, trading as BitSoft, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17148041) with its registered office at 44 Merthyr Mawr Road, Bridgend, Wales, CF31 3NR.

Buying or using our software? Software licences are governed by the licence agreement supplied with each product and the terms presented at checkout — not by this page. Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, and their terms apply to the transaction.

Using this site

You may browse the site and use the information on it for your own personal or internal business purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without our permission, scrape it at abusive volumes, or use it for anything unlawful.

Content and intellectual property

The content on this site — text, design, logos, wordmarks (including "BitSoft", "Tray", "Clip" and "Beam"), graphics and code — belongs to BIT-SOFT TECHNOLOGY LTD unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce it commercially without our written permission, except for fair-dealing purposes such as quotation and review. Press and media are welcome to use the assets in our press kit in accordance with the guidelines there.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current — product descriptions on this site are written against the shipped software. But the site is provided "as is": we make no warranty that it is error-free, and features described for unreleased products (such as Beam) may change before release.

Third-party links

The site links to third-party services (for example Lemon Squeezy, Plausible and Netlify). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites — their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
